If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
Pizza Catering Mobile Pizzeria provides premium mobile pizza catering services, including wood-fired pizza preparation, round table service, and live gastronomic shows, for events such as weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and private parties. We operate a mobile pizzeria that comes to your chosen location and provides freshly prepared pizzas on-site. Our services may include, but are not limited to, food preparation, serving, equipment setup, and cleanup at your event.
3. Booking and Reservations
To book our catering services, you must submit a booking request through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received a deposit or full payment as specified in the booking confirmation, and you have received written confirmation from us. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices for our catering services are listed on our website or provided in a personalized quote. Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings. Payment terms are as follows:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any amounts paid.
5. Client Responsibilities
As the client, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, accessible, and suitable location for our mobile pizzeria and staff, including adequate space, access to water and electricity (if required), and compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and permissions required for the event and for our operation at your chosen venue.
- Provide accurate information regarding the number of guests, event timing, and any dietary requirements or allergies at least 7 days before the event.
- Ensure that the event venue is clean, safe, and free from hazards for our staff and equipment.
- Be present or designate a responsible representative to be available during setup, service, and breakdown.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:
- Cancellation: If you cancel more than 14 days before the event date, you will forfeit your deposit but will not be charged the remaining balance. If you cancel 14 days or less before the event date, you will be responsible for the full booking amount.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event once, subject to availability, at no additional cost if you notify us at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event may incur a fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
- Weather: If weather conditions make it impossible or unsafe for us to operate at an outdoor event, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any amounts paid, minus the deposit.
7. Food Safety and Allergies
We take food safety and allergen management seriously. Our staff follows strict hygiene and food handling procedures. However, our pizzas are prepared in a shared environment, and we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, or other ingredients. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
